Does lifting weights burn fat?
As crazy as it may sound the answer is yes and no. The reason why i say this is because there are two different categories of people when it comes to lifting weights to burn fat and those are:
1. People that knows how to burn fat by following a weight training to burn fat program
And:
2. People who don't follow a burning fat program and just kill their body and still don't burn any fat
Does lifting weights burn fat for women?
The answer is yes. As long as you follow a weight loss program to the letter you will see results.
What is a weight loss program?
A weight loss program it's a guide that basicly helps you to lose weight using specific rules and guidelines.
Every weight loss program it's unique and has it's own restrictions and guidelines.
Now let me just stop for a second here to say this: In order for a weight loss program to work you must follow it exactly as it is and don't try to take any short-cuts just because your too lazy..
